The Bling Bling Blinker serves as both an LED safety device, as well as a fun light toy. Bling Bling Blinker has 3 color-combination styles. Clip to the D-ring of any collar, keyring, leash or backpack. Bling Bling Blinker can also be attached key rings or your child's backpack.


To activate:

  • Unscrew the clip-end cap
  • Remove the white insulator cap
  • Re-attached cap


To operate:

  • Carabiner attaches to collar, keyring, backpack, etc.
  • Press power button on side of barrel
  • Press again at any time to turn off
